Stem cells are currently seen as a treatment to repair the tissues in which stem cells reside holds great promise in the development of novel cell replacement therapeutics for treating chronic and degenerative diseases. The Stem cells therapeutics depends on the purification of the cell population and in the prevention of immune rejection. The immune system-stem cell interaction would significantly enable the development of stem cell-based therapeutics for regenerative purposes.
